A unique fee selector designed to meet your needs

At Next Step, we accept that employing a new member of staff involves an element of risk.  However, we have designed a fee structure that allows you to pass this risk back to us for up to a year!

The Fee Selector gives you a number of fee options ranging from 16% to 25% of the first year's salary.  The free replacement guarantee period you select will determine the fee you pay.  Your selection can vary from vacancy to vacancy.  You can inform us of your choice at any point up until an offer of employment is made.

Shown below are the components that make up your houly charge for a temp. 
Simply agree a pay rate for the temp with us and we'll let you know exactly how the
charge is calculated, even our profit! 
In addition, if you are dissatisfied with a temp, let us know before 2.00pm on the
first day of the assignment and the replacement temp will be free the following day!
